Pozidriv bits

Pozidriv bits (PZ) are special cross-shaped bits with small grooves between the main arms, which increase stability and reduce tool slippage. They allow higher torque transmission than classic Phillips bits. They have parallel sides and a blunter tip, which improves durability and accuracy. They are popular in Europe, especially for assembling wooden structures, where a tight tightening is needed without damaging the screw.
