- Select the products you want to return or exchange. A different size or color? A completely different product? No problem.
- Check, add notes and the account number where we will refund any overpayment.
- Send the goods back to our address.

How and where can I return the goods?
You can return unused goods to us within 14 days. Returning goods is easy. Just fill out the online return form. After filling it out, you will see all the necessary information for returning the goods. Fill out the online form and then you can send the goods back to us by any service at your own expense. The goods must be unused and in the original packaging.
How long will it take to get my money back?
Once the goods arrive, we will simply check whether they are damaged in any way, and if they are fine, we will refund your money as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the package is delivered.
Is it possible to exchange returned goods for another product from the e-shop?
Of course, exchanging goods is possible. Go to the online form for returning and exchanging goods and then simply follow the instructions for exchanging goods that are displayed in the form. You will only pay the difference in price, if any, in the event of an overpayment, the form will prompt you to enter the account number to which we will refund the amount. The same rules apply to exchanging goods as for returns. The goods you are returning must be unused and in their original packaging.
