Warranty claim
Something went wrong? We'll solve it together. Let us know about the problem using the complaint form and deliver the goods back to our address, if possible.
Of course, we know that larger machines and equipment that were delivered by pallet transport are not easy to return. In such cases, it is not necessary to send the goods back to our address immediately. However, we will need a description and photos of the damage, which please do not forget to attach to the form. As soon as we receive your message, we will immediately inform you about how to handle the complaint. We have 30 days to handle the complaint, but we try to keep the processing time as short as possible.
Did you buy goods through the e-shop?
If you purchased the goods through our e-shop, please use only the online complaint form, which will guide you step by step through the complaint process.
Did you buy the goods in showroom, by phone or by email?
If you purchased the goods in our showroom, by phone or by email, please fill out the offline complaint form and send it to legnex@legnex.com.
When sending goods, please:
- Pack the claimed goods in suitable, sturdy packaging to prevent subsequent damage or other deterioration,
- deliver the claimed goods in person or by any delivery service to the address LEGNEX spol. s ro, Želivského 4765/5b, 466 05 Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic
- Do not send goods cash on delivery, we cannot accept such shipments.

Complaints procedure
- The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods without undue delay and to inform the seller of any defects found within 5 days.
- The buyer must notify the seller of any defects using the online complaint form or by e-mail within 5 days of receipt of the goods. The buyer must state the defects in the written notification. Describe what the defects are and how they manifest themselves. The buyer sends the written notification to the seller's registered office.
- The seller does not assume liability for damages resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties and damages from improper use of the products, as well as damages caused by incorrect handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty provided.
- The seller undertakes to inform the customer no later than three days after receiving the complaint about the method of handling the complaint.
