When will the goods be shipped?
If you order before 12:00, the parcel will be sent by DPD or Packeta. We will also try to send pallet goods, but it is a little bit more complicated, so don't be upset if we don't send it until the next business day.
I am registered, I have already made a purchase, but I don't remember my login details.
I don't remember my password: Just log in by clicking on the stick figure icon and then on "Login/Register". If you don't remember your password, click on "Forgot password" and have a new one generated. Enter your email and press the "Send" button. Your new password will be sent to your email in no time. If you have changed your email address after registration, you must first contact us so that we can change your email and send you a new password. After logging in for the first time, we recommend that you change your password by clicking on your name and selecting "Change password".
