Do you deliver orders to other foreign countries?
Yes, we ship goods across the EU using verified carriers. Customers from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Poland and Hungary can also benefit from localized online shops in their national languages. For other customers, there is an international online shop in English.
I want to inspect the goods. Is that possible?
Yes, it is possible! In our showroom we have the most common machines and equipment from our offer on display. However, we will also show you more complex machinery. To arrange a demonstration of larger machines, please contact us in advance.
I am registered, I have already made purchases, but I don't remember my login details.
I don't remember my password: Just log in by clicking on the stick figure icon and then on "Login/Register". If you don't remember your password, click on "Forgot password" and have a new one generated. Enter your email and press the "Send" button. Your new password will be sent to your email in no time. If you have changed your email address after registration, you must first contact us so that we can change your email and send you a new password. After logging in for the first time, we recommend that you change your password by clicking on your name and selecting "Change password".
I don't remember my email or don't know if I already have an account: If you don't know if you already have an account with us, write to us at legnex@legnex.cz, where we will verify everything. By re-creating an account, you will lose the points you have earned, which cannot be combined subsequently.
Is the product available?
The availability of goods is listed online for each product on the website and is constantly updated. If it is stated that the goods are in stock, then they are indeed in stock at our central warehouse and can be shipped immediately.
When will the goods be shipped?
If you order before 12:00, the parcel will be sent by DPD or Zásilkovna. We will also try to send pallet goods, but it is a little more complicated, so don't be upset if we don't send it until the next business day.
When can I expect the shipment to be delivered?
If everything goes smoothly, regular goods are shipped the same or the next day (depending on the time you placed the order). If the items are logistically more complex, especially larger machines, the shipping date depends on the capacity of the shipping companies. However, as a rule, the goods are shipped within 2-3 days.
What if I receive the goods damaged or faulty?
Claim the goods immediately without unnecessary delay. Don't worry, we'll solve it together!
What to do with points earned for purchases?
Every registered customer earns points for every purchase, which are displayed in the customer account. 1 point = 1 CZK. These points can be used for any other purchase in the cart.
