VAT Exempt purchase
LEGNEX spol. s r.o. is a Czech supplier, registered VAT payer. If you purchase as a registered foreign VAT payer, you have the option to purchase from us automatically with zero VAT. This is possible under the regulations for intra-Community supplies, in accordance with Council Directive 2006/112/EC (VAT Directive) and its implementation in Czech tax legislation.
When ordering for a company, you will provide your VAT registration number, billing and delivery address. In the next step, the VAT registration in the European Commission database will be automatically verified online by VIES system. If the online verification is successful, your purchase will be automatically completed with 0% VAT. When processing the order, the company registration will be repeatedly verified by a service worker and the goods will then be released for shipment. The personal collection of goods without VAT is not possible by buyers based outside of Czech Republic.
