Our high-capacity welding shop for saw blades is equipped with the most modern welding machines from IDEAL (Germany). These premium machines are equipped with a pyrometer for automatic control of the annealing process and a parameter control system, where the machine automatically checks the correctness of the welding parameters. These premium accessories help us maintain 100% weld quality.
We are the exclusive supplier of EBERLE (Germany) and MK MORSE (USA) saw blades for the Czech Republic. We always keep more than 200,000 m of saw blade in our warehouse, which is approximately 70,000 pieces of saw blades that can be prepared for immediate delivery. We always have all dimensions and toothing from the production program in stock and are therefore able to dispatch the blades within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We also weld saw blades of our own brand ICON in proven premium quality, log saw blades, tool steel blades, blade knives, blades for meat, fish, pastries, etc. We will weld any blade of any length exactly according to your wishes and needs.

Do you repair saw blades?
Yes, of course. If your belt breaks at the weld, we will repair it for free. If not, then according to the current price list.
Do you grind and plan (scrape) saw blades?
Yes, we grind and sharpen LEGNEX core saw blades for our clients on industrial computer-controlled machines.
