Description
ICON M42 is a universal bimetal band blade. HSS steel combined with 4% chrome steel makes this blade ideal for cutting a wide range of metallic materials. The alloying elements cobalt and molybdenum ensure excellent wear resistance and significantly extend the life of the saw band. ICON M42 is suitable for all workshops and serial production.
USE: solids, tubes, profiles, bundle cutting, contour cutting
MATERIALS: steels up to strength 44 HRC, structural steels, alloy steels, light metals, non-ferrous metals
ADVANTAGES: 10 times longer blade life than carbo blades, high cutting accuracy, economical cutting
