Machine Description:

Scheppach is the first to market with a completely new generation of powerful vertical wood splitters. The Compact 8T offers the user a lot of comfort and safety features and thanks to its large splitting force of almost 8 tons, it can easily handle all types of hard and soft woods. Everything is also incorporated in a very compact design that places minimal demands on storage space - the machine height in its lowest position is less than 1 metre. The machine is also much more stable and easier to operate than vertical splitters of conventional design.

This generation of splitters is also the first in its category to meet the requirements of the vertical splitter, thanks to many patented solutionsm, the latest European safety regulations and thus provides the highest possible level of protection for your health. This is confirmed by the fact that the machine meets the very strict German GS standard.

In the category up to eight tonnes, it is the only splitter that can split logs up to one metre long. The state-of-the-art motor based on carbon-free technology is much more efficient than conventional electric motors, saves electricity and is almost maintenance-free. The robust chassis with two wheels allows the machine to be moved around comfortably. The entire structure of the chipper is made of quality steel treated with a high-quality powder coating and the overall machine is designed for the longest possible service life.
