Description
Semiautomatic band saw to cut from 0° to 45° right. Head structure made in steel. Blade inclined of 5° to help section bars cut. Device against blade vibrations to reduce noise. Broken blade micro. Cutting zone lightening to help user’s work. Head approach on two chromate columns lubricated by a centralized system . Dynamometric blade tensioning. Head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and front balanced valve for feeding regulation and cutting optimizing. Blade cleaning brush driven by gearbox.
VHZ electronical blade speed regulation for a wide range of blade speed selection. Blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing.
Gearbox in hardened and grinded steel gears lubricated with long lasting grease. Material locking vice provided with motorized moving. Vice plane with a hardened , wear and tear standing replaceable surface. Ergonomic working table and control panel. Very resistant work top supporting material on both load and unloading sides. Reference to determine the cutting angle on loading side (45° left). Heavy duty carpentry basement. Sheet metal construction in different thickness, chips holding system and integrated cooling tank. Hydraulic cooling pump for both blade guides. Basement rotation system on bearing disc and stop at 45°. Hydraulic unit for head cylinder feeding. Hydraulic cooling pump for both blade guides.
Electrical cabinet with 24VAC auxiliary tension,lockable main switch and electric drives.
Digital display visualize the cutting angle. Total protection against highest voltage and short circuit current. Protection level IP 55.
