Cosen's G-420 is a high production machine which incorporates a massive base, sturdy saw frame, with an extremely heavy duty gear box, a 5,6 kW drive motor, and a user friendly programmable control for ease of operation.

Cosen now offers the latest in Touch Screen Control Technology, SNC-100. Coupled with a Mitsubishi PLC controller the 5.7” Colour Touch Screen allows for fast easy programming of any job. Utilizing the SNC-100 System the operator easily programs the cut length and quantity desired.  The SNC-100 System stores up to 100 cutting jobs and features Automatic Kerf Compensation for parts longer than a single index.  The SNC-100 System also utilizes “Save-A-Blade” which retracts the material 2 mm. from the blade at the end of each cut so the blade will not rub the material while the saw head moves up to allow the next index.  All machine functions are controlled from the operator’s station. The control panel is ergonomically designed and located for convenient use by the operator. Any length of cut desired up to 99,999 mm can be selected.
