The MIX 180 drum has a blade design that eliminates unmixed areas of material and a large diameter to maintain maximum capacity even when tilted in the working position. To withstand heavy loads, it has a specially reinforced bottom that is precision robotically welded to the drum. The shaft is not housed in thin, often only 2 mm thick sheet metal profiles, as is usual in this category, but is guided by two bearings housed in a seamless sleeve made of 5 mm thick steel. This solution has a major impact on the lifetime of the machine. The powerful motor has no problem even with starting a full mixer. It has a unique design - on the one hand, it is a double cooling system that eliminates the possibility of overheating and secondly, it is the system of housing the engine in a durable casing that contains a labyrinth of channels that prevent water from reaching the engine. The connection between the motor and the drum is carefully covered for safety. All electrical circuits are double insulated, essential for your safety at work. The control wheel has a large diameter and a generous range of drum locking. This makes the mixer very easy to operate. The main parts of the machine are folded and so the machine is very easy to assemble.
