A central control panel with a large colour touch screen (7.5") makes it very easy to operate the machine using its own operating system. Only the desired length and number of pieces are entered. The clamping of the material and the feed of the saw blade arm into the cut and back to the desired position according to the material cross-section are also controlled hydraulically. Pressure control of the feed and fixed vise is standard.The ability to set the optimum saw blade speed using a frequency converter in the range of 15-90 m/min also contributes to maximum cutting productivity.This also contributes significantly to cutting accuracy and saw blade life.

The basis for maximum feeding accuracy is the robust machine construction with all main parts made of grey cast iron and the solid construction of the feeding system. The base design and the overall solid construction guarantee exceptional machine stability even when cutting heavy workpieces. The base is equipped with a large removable chip hopper and allows the installation of a screw chip conveyor. The 27 x 0.9 mm industrial saw blade is available in many variations and enables industrial cutting of a wide range of materials including stainless steel or tool steels.The state-of-the-art cavity-cast arm concept is equipped with impellers with optimally oversized diameters. The larger wheel diameter ensures less bending stress on the saw blade. All this guarantees exceptional rigidity of the entire system, long saw blade life and maximum cutting precision. All wiring and coolant lines are concealed in the hollow parts of the arm and thus protected from damage. The new arm concept also brings great simplification when changing saw bladesThe rear cover of the arm simply swings out on hinges and remains locked in the upper position.

In addition to the creation of a completely new arm design, many technical modifications and changes have been made to improve the quality, user comfort and service life of the machine. As an accessory, a saw blade cleaning brush, synchronously driven from the drive wheel, can be used. Simple, intuitive operation with ergonomically positioned controls on a separate central control panel. The machine's very robust construction, made up of grey cast iron castings, ensures safe vibration damping. The modern saw blade arm concept allows a large cutting range in both perpendicular and angled cuts. Optimum impeller diameter and precise three-sided carbide guide ensure long saw blade life and cutting accuracy. The oversized fit of the impellers, the tension wheel system and all rotating parts increases the long service life of the machine. The saw blade is driven quietly and maintenance-free by an industrial electric motor with worm gearbox. If the saw blade breaks, the machine automatically switches off. A complete cooling system with a powerful pump and the possibility of independent flow control on both guide cubes and an additional adjustable outlet is connected to the machine. The emulsion bath with powerful pump is located in the base of the machine.
