Description

Manual band saw for cutting from 0° to 60° right and from 0° to 45° left of profiles or full of medium dimensions. Gravitational head dropping system. Head structure in 3 parts: special aluminum alloy, steel and cast iron. Dynamometric blade tensioning and broken blade micro.

Reduction gear box with inclined grinded case hardened teeth lubricated with long lasting grease. Standard: 2 speeds blade rotation: 35 m/min or 70 m/min (Option: Inverter VHZ for a wide range of speed selection 16÷100 m/min). Front head descent adjustment valve. Motor wheel fixing to a flange group with exact opposite conical bearings. Blade cleaning idle brush easy to be adjustable and handy. Adjustable blade guide with carbide inserts and guide bearings. Material clamping vice in cast iron, with manual positioning device and piece fast locking system. Ergonomic work top and control panel. Head rotation with mechanical stop at 0° and both right and left at 45° and 60°, graduated scale for angle reading and strong locking lever. Vice translation from right to left on linear guides and locking positioner. Heavy duty basement with sheet metal construction in different thickness. 40 liters coolant tank integrated in the upper part of the basement. Electric coolant pump, with a feed nozzle placed on each blade guide arm.

24 VAV auxiliary tension electric cabinet, with main switch  and electric drives. Total protection against highest voltage and short circuit. Current protection level IP 55. Line voltage: 400V/50Hz/3Ph standard (available 230V/50Hz/1ph – 230V/50Hz/3 – 220V/60Hz/3ph – 440V/60Hz / 3ph). Machine colors: yellow RAL 1018 and grey RAL 7036
