Description
Semiautomatic band saw machine to cut from 0° to 60° right , function in manual. Head structure in special aluminium casting alloy. Dynamometric blade tensioning. Broken blade micro. Blade cleaning brush integrated in the head protection cover. Head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and descent adjustment by flow valve placed in front position. Blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing. Direct drive: Reduction gear box with inclined grinded case hardened teeth lubricated with long lasting grease. Output shaft of the reduction gear box Ø 40 mm and motor wheel connection with a keyless shaft/hub connection. Version 2 speed 35/70 m/min - version VHZ 16 ÷ 120 m/min. Material clamping vice with manual positioning and fast clamping system. Ergonomic working table and control panel. Head rotation angle stop at 0°,45° and 60°. Degrees measuring system, graduated scale and rugged in construction locking lever. Loading side: Rugged in construction support roller with double positioning. Millimetric reference length stop measuring system, cutting length 0÷600 mm. Heavy duty machine base, sheet metal construction, raised sides for chips & coolant containment. Base unit door with key locking, housing the coolant pump & 20L capacity tank, plus the Hydraulic pump unit for bow cylinder movement.
Electrical cabinet with 24VAC, lockable main switch and electric drives. Total protection against highest voltage and short circuit current. Protection level IP 55. Electronic control panel: cutting angle display (Optional VAT), blade speed selection, piece counter, coolant selection and cutting height memorizing. Alarm messages display and auto checking at start up. Line voltage: 400V/50Hz/3Ph standard (230V/50Hz/1Ph-230V/50Hz/3Ph-110V/60Hz/1Ph-220V/60Hz/3Ph-440V/60Hz/3Ph-575V/60Hz/3Ph available).
